I. Basically
On this website you'll find photosets, images, videoclips and movies all about footfetish. All models are 18 years or older, proof on file. To visit this website you must be at least 16 years of age, must not be confused when watching images about fetish and must not break any law of your country in which you're living.
II. Offer
The website www.feet-per-view.com offers photosets and videoclips for instant download as well as CD's for shipping right to your house. With his order the customer confirms that he did read the description well of the ordered items. Delivered items might deviate lightly from the shown previews and descriptions.
III. Right to exchange
The German "14-days right to exchange" §312d BGB is not applicable to orders on our website, cause your CD's won't be sealed and are digital and indivual media. Therefore we do not need to exchange anything. If things we deliver are broken you will get a replacement of course. But no money back or exchange for other items.

Bought and/or downloaded material is to be watched and used by the purchaser only! You must not reproduce, copy, spread, show in public, re-sale or post on websites any of our images or clips!
V. Download conditions
When ordering downloads you will get an email containing the links to your purchased productions. It is in your responsibilty to switch any spam-filters of your email service provider to accept emails from info A T feet-per-view.com! We are not responsible for emails sorted out by your email service provider. If you don't receive an email after 30 minutes as the latest you should mail us. We will take care about your problem a.s.a.p. Never do cancel any payments! We will send your links manually, just a question of time, normally within 24 hours. Your links will be available another 48 hours then!
After the order you have 48 hours of time to download your ordered productions. You must not give the downloads and/or the links to the downloads to any other person, no posting in any groups.
VI. Post-orders
We ship orders from monday thru friday, which where placed the previous day until 11:59 p.m. central european time.
Any cancellations must reach us within the next 12 hours of your order.
VII. Prepay-Account
The customer has the possibility to send cash, use PayPal or to banktransmit any amount of money to buy credits for his prepay account. This money has no expiration date but it can not be paid out again. It can only be used for orders and/or downloads. No refund.
