FAQ's - Frequently Asked QuestionsOur support tries to answer as soon as possible. But basically you need to know: Don't panic! We often help within minutes, but remember that we also sometimes need a weekend off and the time difference between your country and Germany might be very large, we might be sleeping when you mail us - and vice versa. You never loose money with us, your links will not become invalid before we gave support. It might take a few hours sometimes, maybe 1-2 days at the weekend, but we ALWAYS will help until you are satisfied! Please take a look here, to maybe already find an answer to your question. And if not, then please mail our support. Thanks. I didn't receive the mail with my download links! Can I take part in one of your next productions? Can I get in contact with some of your girls? How can I charge my prepay account? Download doesn't work. File not found! After download it says: "Corrupt zip file"! The Shopsystem doesn't work with me! I didn't receive the mail with my download links! In over 5 year of existance we actually never realized a failure with our mailing system, so the email was sent out very sure. Or did you get an error message/error number? Then please email us this number!! If not, please verify: Did you really enter your email adress correctly? Is your email account over quota (too many mails, too less space for new mails?). Also our mail might be sorted out as SPAM (check your mail folders for SPAM). And there are even sometimes troubles with some email providers and it can take up to an hour until our mail reaches you, though we did send it in the same second of your order. So please wait for about 1 hour. If you still have no mail by then, please mail us. We recognize most troubles with Yahoo and Hotmail! Can I take part in one of your next productions? Unfortunatelly our answer is: no! We have a complete team and it is important to have a team over a long time period, cause trust is a significant thing. Also the actors need to live very close to our production place in Heidelberg/Germany. Can I get in contact with some of your girls? Also the answer is no. The only exception is, if a girl decides to look for contacts in the contact board of www.sockenmaedchen.de! But we won't give any email adresses or further details about our girls. We respect their privacy. How can I charge my prepay account? You can learn all about the Prepay Account here. You also find our office adress and bank data there. If you still got problems, just mail us. Download doesn't work. File not found! Please recognize, that download links are valid at least 2 days (48 hours). After 3-4 days the link will be "not found" - which is normal, please download it all before! If the file can not be found within the first 2 days, please check if you really typed/clicked/copied the COMPLETE adress line in your browser. EVERY LINK starts with the http:// and ends not before the .ZIP! Some email providers cut lines at the end of the display window, so the link line might be not clickable all the way through. Copy and paste the whole line without blanks and returns in that case.
After download it says: "Corrupt zip file"! We actually never really had a broken zip archive on our server. There has been two main reasons for that: In case our server has a (short) breakdown, the download of your file(s) stops, without any error message. It seems to be downloaded completely. But it isn't in that case. Compare the downloaded filesize with the filesize we mention on our website and download it again. The second thing is to download the most recent version of WinZip at www.winzip.com The Shopsystem doesn't work with me! We use a very universal shop system on Feet-Per-View.com! But you might need to deactivate your PopUpBlocker (since on some points our detail information to each production will be displayed in a popup window), to enable Cookies and JavaScript.
